Hello. I'm Andrea. I am the Managing Director of The Dignity Group so I am mainly involved in overseeing the way in which the organisation operates from a business point of view. I arrived here in 1988 straight from Nurse training at Guys Hospital and worked for several years as a member of the care team. Totally committed to the ethos of ordinary living I have since trained as a Social Work Manager, recently gaining an MBA diploma. I am really proud of all that we continue to achieve in providing quality care in ordinary settings.

Tim Salmon
General Manager
I'm Tim and I'm the General Manager at The Dignity Group. My main function is to oversee the smooth running of the company in many respects but primarily to ensure that the care services are delivered effectively to the people who use them within a framework of Social Role Valorisation. I joined the company in 1991 after a background in Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work and Day Centre Management. I live in West Dean. Clive Lucas
Service Manager
I am Clive and I'm the Service Manager with The Dignity Group. I have a special interest in the Singleton & Selsey Services and ensure they run smoothly. I am also the Registered Manager at Singleton. Part of my job involves acting as an initial contact for anyone wishing to use our services. If you or anyone know would like to think about living in one of our houses, give me a call. I'm married with 5 children and live in Selsey. I have been with The Dignity Group since September 1997 and am a qualified Social Worker, gaining my Diploma in 1993. My background is in Social Work and Residential Care.
